POLICIES & INFORMATION


Appointments - To make an appointment please call our spa directly @ 360.578.2475. We accept Visa/Mastercard, Cash & Personal Checks. $30 NSF fee on all returned checks. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortening your service.


Service Charges/Cancellations - If you must cancel an appointment we require 12 hours notice for packages and at least 12 hours for a regular service. Appointments canceled in less than the required time will be billed a service charge of 50% the service fee. For no shows, the full 100% will be charged. A second no show and the next appointment scheduled will require prepayment. If you cancel or no show a series, the appointment will be forfeited.


Gift Certificates, Products & Refunds - Gift Certificates are available in any amount desired and are non refundable. Products or accessories must be returned within 30 days to receive spa credit .


Parking - Parking is available on both sides of the street directly in front of the salon. As well, there is parking behind the building in the church parking lot & the side streets.


Cell Phones & Children - In respect to our clients we ask that you please turn off or silence your cell phone while receiving a service in our spa & please leave small children at home.
